Watch out! This is GROSS!

Being a mother is so glamorous! UH...... no it isn't!

This post is seriously crossing the line of things you shouldn't talk about on your blog, so read on at your own risk!

Meet Carter....

He is a fun loving little 9mos. old who is always smiling and loves to explore and try to walk.

I can't imagine him doing anything bad, can you???

Carter is also learning how to eat all the yummy foods that he sees us eating, and as a result....

A blow out that pictures don't do justice. This was the worst poopy explosion I have ever seen!! (And JJ had some bad ones!!)
I picked him up after he was crying in his exersaucer, I instantly felt half my arm covered in a sticky warm substance.

Since I was talking on the phone I had to put him somewhere, so I sat him up on the carpet in his room, (don't ask me why, I guess I wasn't thinking!)
So he fell backwards and now theres a huge stain.
I threw him in the tub, soaked the clothes and followed the little droppings trail that led from the bathroom to his bedroom. And much to my surprise I found my curious JJ laying on the floor playing in the poop stain on the carpet. "What's this mom."
AAAHHHHH!!!!

Near Abduction!

I couldn't believe it, when I went to pick up one of my girls that I do PSR with her grandmother showed me the newspaper without saying anything. I read the article, and she said that was her granddaughter in the paper. The story told of 2 girls walking home from school when a man in an old white car grabbed one of the girls, trying to pull her into his car. Luckily, somehow the girls both got away and were able to run to the school for help.
What is the world coming to, that guy must have been pretty brave to try to take a little girl in the light of day, right after school, only a block from the school. CRAZY! People are seriously crazy! The girl I work with is only 7 so I think it might have been pretty traumatizing. All I know is that if I have girls I am going to teach them some serious ball kicking skills. I don't think I'll have to worry about anything happening with JJ, he could probalby just sit on them and crush their lungs.
Pretty scary though huh?

BIRTHDAYS

This weekend we celebrated Aunt Gentry and neice Lexi's birthdays. I love birthdays! It was so cute to see Lexi so into her birthday fun, she picked out party hats and helped make cupcakes and even made gift bags for JJ and her brother Cole. JJ looks a little sweaty in these pictures because we just played duck duck goose (one of the games Lexi chose to play at her birthday party) and he had so much fun running around and playing with his cousins.

My new ride!

So I finally found a stroller, and what a deal!! I ended up finding a slightly used Kool Stride double jogger. I am super excited about it! I just know that I am going to get so skinny now! :) I can dream right?
No really though, it will be great to get out and stroll with both my little guys. I am so excited. Thanks everyone for your comments and suggestions.

Please Help! I'm OBSESSED!

So I have been searching and searching for a double jogging stroller for a few weeks now, ever since Josh said he was going to give me that for my birthday (last week) Well, I still don't have one, BUT I have managed to waste hours of my time learning all about EVERY BRAND of double jogger out there! Those who know me understand my dilema, and that is... I NEED A DEAL! It's become quite and obsession of mine, I have found several strollers that I love (pictured above) But I don't want to pay a crazy amount! ($4-500)!!

Does anyone have a jogger that they love? Any recomendations? Know anyone that wants to sell their double??
I want to get one soon, the weather is getting nice and I need to stroll stroll stroll!

Lanie and Chris

I don't think I have ever posted a picture of my sister Lanie on my blog. She's so fun and sylish. Her and Chris hav been married almost 2 years I think? RIGHT Lane-Train? Correct me if I'm wrong. It's fun to see them when we go down to Utah to visit. Love ya Lanie, your fabulous!

My two little terrors

I love my little guys, but why do they seem so HARD the last few days. J.J. is doing everything he KNOWS that he's not supposed to. And Carter thinks he can pull himself up on ANYTHING and try to have the balance to stand on his own. Let's just say constant supervision is now required. Before I could just lay him on the ground across the room while I blog for hours on end until he comes and knaws on my leg. (okay it wasn't for hours on end, but atleast a few minutes of free time was nice)

Oh well, ya gotta love the new stages their in. Their still cute little guys!
